1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and betqq game, the operator of the online betting and casino platform at betqqgame.app. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the betqq game platform — including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, promotions and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

These terms apply to all members, regardless of the device or browser used to access betqq game. If you are accessing betqq game on behalf of another person, you also confirm that you have their authority to bind them to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

2Eligibility and Registration

Age Requirement

Accounts confirmed to belong to persons under 18 will be closed and any funds in the account will be returned to the verified funding source.

Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering on betqq game. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number and payment method details. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is grounds for account suspension or closure. betqq game is not liable for any loss resulting from incorrect information provided by a member.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one betqq game account at any time. Creating duplicate accounts — whether to circumvent limits, claim multiple welcome bonuses, or for any other reason — is a breach of these terms. betqq game uses device, payment method and behavioural signals to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are detected, betqq game may close all associated accounts and void any bonus-derived winnings.

3Account Management

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your betqq game account. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing login credentials with any third party. betqq game will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact betqq game support immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

betqq game may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), utility bills for address verification, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. betqq game aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of document submission for standard cases.

Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. betqq game may contact inactive account holders to confirm their intention to retain the account. After 24 months of inactivity, betqq game reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to the account balance or close the account. Any remaining balance will be held and made available upon a verified withdrawal request.

4Deposits and Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

betqq game accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your betqq game balance instantly in almost all cases. Deposits via IBFT may take up to two hours depending on bank processing times. betqq game does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which betqq game is not responsible.

Deposit Limits

betqq game may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits at the account or payment method level. Members may also set personal deposit limits through their account settings. Deposit limits set by members take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours after the change request.

Own Funds Requirement

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. betqq game does not accept third-party deposits. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits from third parties, is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension and fund investigation.

5Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Terms

betqq game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, which are published on the betqq game Promotions page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the terms applicable to that specific offer.

Wagering Requirements

Most betqq game bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum total bet amount that must be placed before the bonus balance is converted to withdrawable real money. For example, a 10× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place Rs 10,000 in total bets before the bonus amount becomes cashable. Wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page and in the Bonuses section of your account. Your own deposited funds are always withdrawable regardless of bonus status.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are limited to one per household, device, IP address and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. betqq game reserves the right to withdraw any bonus where it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses through multiple accounts; using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk arbitrage strategies; or exploiting technical errors in promotional mechanics.

Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unused bonus offers expire according to the timeline stated on each promotion. Active bonuses with outstanding wagering requirements expire if the wagering deadline stated in the offer terms is not met. Expired bonus balances are forfeited and not reinstated. betqq game will provide notification before material bonus changes affect active offers where reasonably practicable.

6Sports Betting Rules

Bet Placement

Bets placed on betqq game are final once the "Confirm Bet" action is completed by the member. betqq game does not accept verbal or retroactive cancellation of settled bets. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip before confirming. In the event of an obvious system error causing clearly incorrect odds to be displayed (for example, odds of 100/1 on a near-certain outcome), betqq game reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stakes vary by market, sport and event. The applicable limits are displayed on each bet slip before confirmation. betqq game may apply personal stake limits to individual accounts where betting patterns indicate risk to the platform's integrity.

Void Bets

A bet may be voided (stake returned) in circumstances including: event cancellation; abandonment of a match before the relevant market has been determined; clear data feed error; or mutual agreement between betqq game and relevant regulatory authorities. Void bets in accumulators are treated as non-runners — the accumulator continues with the remaining selections at adjusted odds.

In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on betqq game are subject to a brief suspension period during which odds are re-priced. betqq game cannot guarantee acceptance of in-play bets during suspension windows. All in-play bets accepted after the triggering event (such as a wicket or goal) are void, and betqq game's determination of acceptance timing is final.

PSL-Specific Considerations

Pakistan Super League markets on betqq game follow the official PSL match results as published by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). In the event of a Super Over, the Super Over outcome is used for match-winner markets unless stated otherwise. DLS-adjusted results in rain-affected games are honoured as official for settlement purposes where the minimum qualifying overs threshold set by PSL rules has been met.

7Withdrawals

Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals on betqq game are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to that method supporting withdrawals. Easypaisa and JazzCash are the primary withdrawal channels. IBFT bank transfer is available for larger amounts. betqq game does not issue withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits by the same account.

VIP Platinum members receive processing within one hour. Withdrawal Fees

betqq game does not charge withdrawal fees. The requested withdrawal amount is the amount transferred to your payment account. Any fees charged by the receiving payment provider are outside betqq game's control and responsibility.

Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Maximum single withdrawal: Rs 500,000. Members wishing to withdraw amounts exceeding the standard maximum may contact support to arrange a higher withdrawal in instalments or through IBFT. There are no restrictions on the number of withdrawals per day for standard accounts.

KYC Requirement for Large Withdrawals

betqq game may require completed identity verification before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000. This is a standard financial compliance requirement and is not unique to betqq game. Members who have pre-completed KYC verification through their account settings will experience no additional delay at the point of withdrawal.

8Casino and Game Rules

Game Availability

betqq game's casino games — including slots, fishing games, live casino tables and crash titles — are provided by third-party licensed game studios. Game availability may vary and titles may be added or removed from the betqq game library without prior notice. betqq game is not responsible for outcomes in games provided by third-party studios, whose certified RNG systems govern all results independently.

Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction — including but not limited to a disconnection during an active round, a display error, or a system failure — the round in which the malfunction occurred will be voided and the stake for that round returned to the member's balance. A game malfunction voids all pays and plays for the affected round. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not honoured.

Jackpot Games

Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on betqq game are indicative and may differ from the final jackpot amount at the precise moment of triggering due to real-time updates. The jackpot amount confirmed by the game server at the moment of the triggering spin is the amount paid. betqq game publishes monthly jackpot winner information with player consent.

Game Session History

betqq game maintains a record of all game sessions, bet amounts and outcomes in your account history section. This record is available for at least 90 days from each session date. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise the dispute within 30 days of the session in question.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are explicitly prohibited on betqq game. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Collusion: Using stolen payment methods; colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes; sharing accounts for coordinated wagering strategies.

• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, automated betting software or any technology that places bets on betqq game without direct human interaction in real time.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider in bad faith after betqq game services have been delivered. Chargebacks result in immediate account suspension and the disputed amount being recovered from the account balance.
• Underage Gambling: Any attempt by a person under 18 to register or use betqq game, or any assistance given by an adult to facilitate underage gambling.

10Account Closure

Closure by Member

You may close your betqq game account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at support@betqqgame.app. If you close your account while a bonus is active, the bonus and any wagering-derived winnings will be forfeited. Your deposited real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days.

Closure by betqq game

betqq game reserves the right to close or suspend any account for breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or abuse, court order, regulatory direction, or any other cause betqq game deems sufficiently serious. In cases of suspected fraud, betqq game may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes in the member's favour, the full balance is released. Where fraud is confirmed, the balance may be retained or transferred as directed by the relevant authority.

Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may do so through the account settings page or by contacting support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, betqq game will not accept deposits, bets or registration from the excluded individual, and will suppress all marketing communications.

• Any loss of profits, data or opportunity arising from your use or inability to use the platform
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that is subject to latency or data feed delay

betqq game's total liability to any member in respect of any claim is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13Privacy and Data

betqq game collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on betqq game, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

betqq game uses your data for the following purposes: account management and identity verification; payment processing; fraud prevention and compliance; responsible gaming monitoring; and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. betqq game does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, game providers and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary to operate the platform legally.
